Land Team
Mission
The Land team brings together representatives from non-profits, businesses, educational institutions, park districts, land trusts, etc. to share best practices, facilitate communication and plan collaborative efforts to preserve, enhance and promote the value of greenspace in our region.
Action Plan
The Land Team sponsored a Forum for Land Managers at the Fernald Perseve on in February, 2012 that drew over 100 people to share best practices. They are sponsoring additional professional development and information exchange sessions in the months ahead including a Forum on Invasive Species at Sharon Woods (Hamilton County Park District) on Saturday, March 17.
Check the Event Calendar or contact the Action Team Chair for the next scheduled meeting time and location.
