Screening of new documentary "American Meat"
Event Description

The panel discussion with Director Graham Meriwether after the movie will last anywhere between 20-45 minutes. We want to have a great discussion- please join us! This movie will be interesting to: professors of agriculture/animal science/environmental studies/food studies/sociology or related fields; farmers; meat butchers; chefs; restaurateurs; nutritionists; students active in reforming food systems in the community; all members of the Green Umbrella Local Foods Action Team and Southwest OEFFA.

The film is a pro-farmer look at the hog, cattle, and chicken industry in the U.S.
