The purpose of the ACDC is to serve the Avondale Community, defined as residents, anchor institutions, faith-based institutions and businesses, to improve the quality of life of the neighborhood by implementing, coordinating and partnering on Arts & Culture, Economic Development, Health & Wellness, Housing Development, Safety, and Workforce Development.
