Environmental Advisory Council, City of Cincinnati
The purpose of the Cincinnati Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) is to advise the City Manager, City Council, and the City departments on matters related to the environmental quality of the City of Cincinnati, either as a response to requests from an agent of the City of Cincinnati or as a result of a need observed by the Environmental Advisory Council.
The Environmental Advisory Council was created by Resolution No. R/17-1976 passed by City Council on January 28, 1976. A copy of this Resolution can be obtained at the Clerk of Council office.
Council members are volunteers who are appointed by the City Manager and serve 2-year terms. Most of the work of the EAC is conducted through committees.
The EAC meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday at 7 PM in the 1st Floor Conference Room, Centennial II Building at 805 Central Ave.
The EAC Chair is Brad Mank, who can be reached at: brad.mank@uc.edu.
