Midwest Regional Sustainability Webinar Series

Beginning Friday, May 1 at 3 pm, we will host one hour biweekly webinars with speakers from our upcoming Midwest Regional Sustainability Summit on August 6.

These sessions will serve as primers for our full summit and are designed to keep you engaged and informed. Each event will take place from 3:00-4:00 pm, followed by networking discussions from 4:00-5:00 pm. We hope you join us!

These webinars are free and open to the public with registration. Registrants will receive the Zoom code when they register. 

o May 1: Faith Communities

Join local religious leaders for a discussion about the role that faith communities and congregations play in creating a resilient and regenerative region where our people and our natural environment flourishes. Speakers include Joanne Gerson, Founder and President of Shomrei Olam, and James Buchanan, Director of Xavier University's Brueggeman Center for Dialogue.

o May 15: Local Governments

Join local leaders for a discussion on the role of local governments in creating a resilient and regenerative region! Speakers include: Larry Falkin, Director of Environment and Sustainability, City of Cincinnati; Joe Flarida, Executive Director, Power a Clean Future Ohio; and Matt Kolbinsky, President, ProLighting and Solar and member IBEW.
