Join us for the next session of the Road to a Resilient Heartland Webinar Series which features an in-depth discussion on Operations + Maintenance. As many companies turn their focus to their current/existing building stock, things such as understanding the buildings performance and learning how to create a healthier environment for their employees and guests is top of mind. In this session, we will cover why LEED certification can benefit your existing buildings, how benchmarking through Arc can improve ongoing building performance and occupant satisfaction, why it's important to certify buildings even when experiencing reduced occupancy, as well as COVID-19 implications.

  • Understand the performance driven approach to LEED v4.1 O&M certification for existing buildings.
  • Identify opportunities for continued building performance through LEED Recertification and the Arc platform
  • Identify the business case and return on investment through LEED v4.1 O&M .
  • Articulate the Pilot Credits and pathways created to assist projects during COVID-19.
