NEW DATE: Wednesday December 15, 7 PM - 8:30 PM
At the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA) we know that healthy soil is the foundation of sustainable agriculture. We also know that the process of transitioning to stronger soil health practices must be informed and led by the experiences of farmers and impacted communities.
RSVP to join us on Wednesday December 15 at 7 PM for our virtual strategy meeting!
Over the past year we held listening sessions with farmers across Ohio. At these meetings we consistently heard a need for stronger farmer to farmer soil health networks and greater investment in soil health practices.
That's why we are bringing together folks to dig in on:
What building a state-based soil health network looks like
How we educate decision makers and win policy solutions
How we build widespread support for stronger soil health practices
When we take a proactive approach to building healthy soils, we are taking steps toward a more resilient food and farm system that ensures clean water for communities, tackles the climate crisis, and invest in the future of farming.
RSVP today to join us on Wednesday December 15 at 7 PM!
During this difficult time, OEFFA is responding to the new and urgent challenges faced by family farmers. If you find value in this work, and you’re able to afford it, please consider making a donation or becoming a member, so we can continue to help others. Together, we’ll get through this and grow.
