About:

Imagine buildings that promote health and vitality for people and the environment while building strong economies and connected communities. This is already possible and happening in many places where we live, work, learn, play, pray, and congregate in towns across the world.

If you are ready to learn to advocate for and support a healthy and sustainable future, then this course provides you with more information and actions to take. The course is for anyone interested or passionate about health and sustainability but may be new to green building concepts and strategies.

Objectives

Define the impact of the buildings on people and the environment

Identify how buildings contribute to a healthier environment

Recognize tools and strategies to improve health, energy, and resource use

Advocate for greener buildings where you live, learn, work, or play.

Instructor
