About this event:

Soil depletion around the world has caused massive drops in nutrient levels in food and it is expected that, in 20 years, 40% less food would be produced for 9.3 billion people. The Save Soil movement aims to increase the organic matter in soil to a minimum of 3-6% by advocating for policies across all nations towards soil revitalization, and raising awareness among 3.5 billion people (60% of the voting population) to support these policies.

On the weekend of Father's Day, the Save Soil Movement is hosting a 5K Walk called “Save Soil: Walk for our Children” in 60+ cities across US, Canada and South America and our vision is to spread awareness about the Soil crisis. To raise awareness in the Greater Cincinnati area, we are organizing a 5K Walk “Save Soil: Walk for our Children” on June 18th 2022, at the Corwin Nixon Park, Mason OH.
